Cancellation And Return Policy Physical Goods

  1. Changing Your Mind or Incorrect Orders:
    We understand that sometimes things change. If you’ve purchased a product from our website and decided it’s not for you, or if we sent the wrong item, you can return it as long as it’s unused and still sealed. Just let us know!
  2. Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) handles the warranty. While Inertia isn’t directly responsible, we’re here to support you and help resolve any issues with the OEM or manufacturer.
  3. Cancelling an Order:
    You can cancel your order by sending us an email with “Cancel Order” as the subject. If you change your mind or make an error, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund, along with any shipping and handling charges, and transit insurance costs.
  4. Cancellation After Dispatch:
    If your order has already been dispatched, please refuse the delivery. The same 10% processing fee and other charges will apply.
  5. Inability to Dispatch:
    If we can’t dispatch your product within 14 working days due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll provide a full refund.
  6. Damaged or Tampered Packaging:
    If your package arrives damaged or looks tampered with, please don’t accept it. Contact us right away, and we’ll take care of it.
  7. Returns for Incorrect Deliveries:
    If we accidentally send the wrong product, please return it to us. If we can’t arrange for pickup, you’re welcome to use any courier service at your expense. Unfortunately, we can’t refund return shipping charges.
  8. Opened Products:
    If you’ve opened the product and want to return it, we can’t accept it or offer a refund.
  9. Digital Products:
    For digital products like licenses or keys, our warranty doesn’t cover activation issues. You’ll need to contact the OEM, manufacturer, or developer directly for support. These products aren’t eligible for refunds once processed.

Other Considerations

  1. Pricing Errors:
    If a pricing error occurs and you’ve already paid, we may ask for additional payment. If you’re not okay with this, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund within 15 working days.
  2. Lost Shipments:
    If your order gets lost during shipping and doesn’t arrive within 30 days, we’ll issue a refund.
  3. Digital Product Refund Policy:
    Once digital products are processed, they can’t be returned, cancelled, or refunded. Cancellations within the allowed timeframe are subject to approval by the relevant parties and may involve a deduction of up to 50%.

Refund Procedure: Once we receive the returned product and confirm everything is in order, we’ll process your refund. It will be based on the original payment method and completed within 45 days. Refunds will be issued under the billing name provided, either electronically or by cheque/demand draft/pay order after we receive valid KYC and any necessary documents. If you don’t see your refund in your account after the processing time, please reach out to us for further assistance.

 

 

Standard Refund Terms For Online Services And Subscription

Online Services and Subscriptions purchased from “Inertia” may be refunded only if cancelled within 4 days of the date of the transaction. Digital products, software, license/key or electronic key/Licenses (Activation via key, or code sent on email or for direct delivery email, or domain name) Once it’s processed it cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.

Note: Due to their nature, vouchers, cryptocurrencies, tokens and digital assets are generally irreversible and their exchange rates are highly volatile and transitory. We cannot be responsible for any risk including but not limited to exchange rate risk and market risk. Products purchased using vouchers, cryptocurrencies, tokens or digital assets will not be refunded.

Note: If a client’s actions are found to violate applicable laws or Terms of Services, any payments made will not be refunded. 

“Date of the transaction,” for this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by “Inertia” in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (Terms of Use). You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product, if available at all.

Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.

  • Unsuccessful Transfer-in Orders (Refunds are available, except for the processing charges and service or consumption charges if any.)
  • Hosting (all plans, except first payment after Free Trial)
  • SSL Certificates (if kept unverified or remains unissued from CA.)
  • Daily Backups

  • Business Email (* deduction of consumed credits applicable.) 
  • Other Email Hosting (* deduction of consumed credits applicable.)
  • Titan Email (* deduction of consumed credits applicable.)
  • Priority & Managed Support (* deduction of consumed credits applicable.)
  • KVM VPS and VPS (* deduction of consumed credits applicable.)
  • Dedicated Servers (* deduction of consumed credits applicable.)
  • Software Services Subscriptions (not yet sent for processing)

PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUNDS:

  • Redemption Fees, Restoration Charges
  • Successful Transfer-in Orders
  • Renewal Orders
  • Domain Name Transfers (if the transfer is successful)
  • Privacy Protection
  • Secure DNS
  • SEO Toolkit, Services, and Panels
  • SKU’s of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace Zoho etc.
  • Cloud Services like Azure, GCP, and AWS
  • Software Services Subscriptions (if issued and/or sent for processing)
  • VPS License
  • Upgrades or Addition of Any Resources, Licenses, or units for any services.
  • Any products or services that were suspended, cancelled, or terminated due to the abusive usage of the products, services, or any other violation of the Terms and Conditions are not eligible for a refund.

The purpose of the refund is for customers to try and understand whether the services provided by “Inertia” suit their needs. In any way, “Inertia” will not tolerate abusive usage of refunds (i.e., refunding the same services multiple times and (or) repetitively purchasing and asking for a refund for services purchased in bulk, etc.). “Inertia” remains a right to unilaterally decline the request for a refund if any of the signs related to the abusage of the refunds occur.

New Domain Name Registrations: Refundable if cancelled and processed well within four (4) days (96 hours) of registration.

Domain Name Transfers: Refundable only if the transfer is unsuccessful.

REFUNDS FOR SPECIAL DEALS

From time to time, “INERTIA” offers special deals and promotions such as a free domain when buying a 12/24/48 months hosting plan. Keeping in mind that there are different conditions for domain refunds, “Inertia” retains the right to cancel the refund in full or for the domain you received for free price. In such a case, you can keep using a domain name for the remaining billing period term.

PAYMENT METHODS WITH SPECIAL REFUND TERMS:

Please note that all payment processors have different policies and requirements for refunds and some payment methods are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.

Products purchased using these payment methods cannot be refunded to the original payment source in such cases only a refund to the “Inertia” Credit Balance is possible for these payment methods.

REFUNDS TO BALANCE

We provide refunds to the original funding source. But if you would like to use funds to purchase another “Inertia” service instantly, you can select a refund to your “Inertia” Credit Balance. Please note that once a refund to the “Inertia” Credit Balance is initiated for a selected invoice, it becomes irrevocable and cannot be refunded to a different source.

REFUNDS FROM BALANCE

Over-funded balance for “Add Funds” orders can be refunded within 30 days of the payment that resulted in the over-funding. on a case-to-case basis.

CHARGEBACKS

If at any time, we record a decline, chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, risk of payment fraud or other rejection of a charge of any payable fees on your “Inertia” account (“Chargeback”), this will be considered as a breach of your payment obligations hereunder, therefore you agree that “Inertia” may pursue all available lawful remedies to obtain payment, including but not limited to, immediate termination, without notice to you, of your “Inertia” account and any domain names or “Inertia” services registered or renewed on your behalf (“Services”). In addition, this will also result in disabling the option to “check out” with a credit card for your “Inertia” account to limit the risk of payment fraud.

In the event a Chargeback is performed, your “Inertia” account may be blocked without the option to re-purchase or re-use it, and any data contained in such a “Inertia” account, including any certain content, features, or capacity of your “Inertia” account may be subject to cancellation and loss of data. 

Your use of the “Inertia” Services and the ability to checkout using a credit card will not resume until you:

verify the payment method used for the disputed transaction, either by providing proof of the payment; or 

a simple censored photo of the credit card, with uncovered first 6 (six) and last 4 (four) digits. 

Pay any applicable fees in full, including any fees and expenses incurred by “Inertia” and/or any third-party services for each Chargeback received (including fees for “Inertia” Services provided before the Chargeback, handling, processing, charges, and fees incurred by the payment processor).

Cases related to criminal fraud chargebacks or obvious payment fraud (i.e. cases where compromised credit card details were used to make purchases) will result in permanent service termination without any option to recover.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding a payment made to “Inertia”, we encourage you to first contact our Customer Support team before filing a Chargeback or reversal of payment, to prevent the “Inertia” Services from being cancelled and your “Inertia” account being blocked, and to avoid the filing of an unwarranted or erroneous Chargeback, which may result in your being liable for its applicable fees, in addition to re-payment of all the fees applicable to the “Inertia” Services purchased (and charged-back) by you.

We reserve our right to dispute any Chargeback received, including by providing the relevant credit card company or financial institution with any information and documentation proving that the User responsible for such Chargeback did authorize the transaction and make use of the Services rendered thereafter.

 

Right to Reclaim, Resell, and Remain Non-Arbitrable: If your processed orders remain unpaid 90 days after the expiry date or payment due date (whichever comes first), and payment is not received despite subsequent reminders and notices, the associated goods and services including but not limited to intellectual property or digital assets will be reclaimed and will subsequently become assets of “Inertia.” We reserve the right to reclaim and resell these assets or services, and this matter shall remain Non-Arbitrable.
