Shipping & Payment Information
At Inertia Technologies, we strive to ensure that any products, services, or deliverables you order from our website are delivered within 10 to 15 working days for physical goods, starting from the date your order is confirmed, subject to successful payment and product availability. For other services and deliverables, the timeline will align with the agreed Scope of Work (SOW).

We understand that delays can be frustrating, and while we do everything possible to deliver on time, some circumstances are beyond our control. In such cases, we’ll keep you informed and do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Methods
We use both surface and air shipping methods, depending on the size and weight of the product. Please note that we do not offer free shipping or in-transit insurance.

Is My Address Serviceable?
To check if your area is serviceable, you can verify the pin code after selecting a product. You can also reach out to us for assistance. If your area isn’t covered by our delivery partners, we’ll request an alternate address.

Delivery Partners
We partner with reputable courier services like Blue Dart, Professional, DTDC, and Speed Post etc. for deliveries.

International Deliveries
Currently, we only ship physical goods within India. However, you can place orders from anywhere in the world, provided the shipping address is within India. This restriction does not apply to services or digital products.

Billing and Shipping Addresses
You can choose different addresses for billing and shipping.

Adding Tax or Statutory Details
You have the option to add tax or statutory details to your invoice.

Payment Methods
We require 100% advance payment before shipping your order. We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI.

Exclusions and Limitations:
  1. Price Discrepancies: If there is a price discrepancy on the website and you’ve already placed an order, you may need to pay the difference. You can also opt to cancel the order and receive a full refund within 15 working days.

  2. In-Store Purchases: For direct or offline purchases, please note that online ordering procedures and shipping charges may still apply. If you prefer not to pay these charges, you can pay via NEFT, RTGS, or UPI. Note that cash payments above Rs. 25,000 and card payments are not accepted for offline orders.

  3. Business Purchases: For business transactions, we recommend contacting us directly for offline purchases to provide proper tax invoices and credits.

  4. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, the warranty will be handled directly by the OEM or manufacturer. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

  5. Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost in transit and not received within 30 days, we will process a refund.

  6. Digital Products: For digital products like licenses or keys, please note that once processed, they cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded. These are typically delivered within 1 to 4 working hours, in Some cases within 15 to 20 working days. Any cancellation is subject to approval and may incur up to a 35% deduction from the total amount.
